VANCOUVER, British Columbia & BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Harbourfront Wealth Group (“Harbourfront”), a leading Canadian independent wealth management firm, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to receive a strategic investment from Boston-based private equity firm Berkshire Partners. Audax Private Equity, Harbourfront’s existing capital partner, will maintain a significant interest in Harbourfront following the completion of the deal. The transaction, valued at C$1.775 billion, is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and expected to close in the second half of 2026.
