NewGenIVF (Nasdaq: NIVF) agreed to make an initial US$2 million strategic investment in AI-powered prediction platform K25.ai, at a US$100 million pre-money valuation, with an option to invest up to US$10 million.

NewGenIVF will also become K25.ai’s exclusive APAC agency partner in selected permitted markets and may earn commissions on gross profit from customers it introduces. K25.ai will nominate three independent non-executive director candidates, potentially expanding NewGenIVF’s board from five to eight members.
