GSR announced it has acquired digital asset advisory firms Autonomous and Architech in a $57 million deal aimed at creating a full-service, integrated capital markets and treasury platform for crypto.

The transaction expands GSR’s capabilities to support tokenized organizations from initial formation through long-term scale. Autonomous will continue operating under its existing brand within the GSR group, focusing on launch operations, financial infrastructure, and operational support. Architech will form the foundation of GSR Digital Asset Advisory, complementing GSR’s institutional trading, liquidity, and asset management businesses.
