White House seeks compromise on stalled crypto legislation; Lloyds lifts outlook after profits beat expectations

The White House is set to meet with senior figures from the banking and cryptocurrency industries on Monday in an effort to revive landmark crypto legislation that has stalled amid entrenched disagreements between the two sectors.

According to a Reuters report citing industry sources, the meeting, hosted by the White House crypto council, will bring together executives from several industry trade bodies.
