HONG KONG — Cryptocurrency exchange operator Hashkey Holdings’ shares rose slightly Wednesday as it became the first major digital asset company to list on Hong Kong’s stock exchange, at a time when investor doubts and increased regulator oversight are clouding the industry’s prospects.
