SINGAPORE — Singapore’s bourse will launch Bitcoin and Ethereum perpetual futures for institutional traders, the city-state’s stock exchange said Monday. The city-state’s market is dipping its toe into cryptocurrency-linked products, while keeping retail investors out as digital asset prices tumble.
