Wolf Capital Crypto Trading CEO gets prison sentence, to pay over $1M in forfeiture
Travis Ford, 36, of Glenpool, Oklahoma, the CEO, co-founder, and head trader of Wolf Capital Crypto Trading LLC, was sentenced yesterday to 60 months in prison and ordered to pay over $1 million in forfeiture and over $170,000 in restitution for his leading role in a cryptocurrency investment fraud conspiracy.
According to court documents and admissions, Wolf Capital Crypto Trading LLC, a cryptocurrency investment firm raised $9.4 million from approximately 2,800 investors.
