Crypto adoption soars across Asia, data shows
Cryptocurrency adoption grew fastest in Asia-Pacific over the past year, recording an annual 69 per cent increase in inflow value, with growing momentum in the US placing North America as the second-fastest growing region globally.
The past year saw accelerated growth across nearly every region, with particularly sharp increases in Asia-Pacific and Latin America, according to Chainalysis’ annual crypto adoption index published on Wednesday.
