UK Issues Crypto Reporting Guidance Under OECD CARF Framework

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) published guidance outlining the data collection and reporting obligations for reporting crypto-asset service providers (RCASPs) under the OECD’s Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF).
