JAKARTA – The Financial Services Authority (OJK) which is currently reviewing the crypto Exchange Trade Fund (ETF) as one of the new investment instruments on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
However, OJK Chief Executive of the Financial, Financial Assets and Crypto Assets Technology Innovation Supervision Hasan Fawzi, said that the crypto ETF study was still in its early stages and was carried out with capital and derivative financial market players.
He also opens up new regulatory opportunities when needed, given the basic assets of crypto ETF which are not securities.
