Siemens Share Price: Siemens shares 1.44% as Sensex falls
Shares of Siemens Ltd. traded 1.44 per cent at Rs 7244.00 at 12:46PM (IST) on Tuesday, even as BSE benchmark Sensex 202.44 points to 79907.41.
The scrip had settled at Rs 7350.15 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 8129.95 and 52-week low of Rs 3577.95, respectively. As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 12:46PM (IST) stood at 7427 shares with a turnover of Rs 5.43 crore.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 104.95 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 68.99 per share and 9.99 times its price-to-book value, BSE data showed.
A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher share price today because of growth expectations in the future.
