Southland Museum board to take stock of collection

The Southland Museum and Art Gallery Trust own a collection of some 2 million objects, but its board is unsure how many are duplicates.
The board has its museum and heritage services manager Wayne Marriott for a database of items in the collection, so it could identify duplicates and irrelevant items, and get a sense of what it can use to best tell Southland’s story.
