So five councils Manchester, Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham and North Tyneside have banned smoking outside pubs, cafés and restaurants. I guess I wont be going north in a hurry. More worrying for me is the news that Oxfordshire is hoping to become the first smoke-free county.
