I first recommended purchasing O’Reilly Automotive (ORLY) in late 2014. Since then, the stock has tripled and thus it has outperformed the S&P 500 by a wide margin (+200% vs. +112%). Nevertheless, O’Reilly still has the potential to offer outstanding returns thanks to its robust growth strategy, its exemplary management, and its reasonable valuation. As a result, I recently invested 30% of my capital in the stock.
