Tesco superstore hit by Coronavirus outbreak reopens to public following ‘deep clean’ – Manchester Evening News

A Tesco superstore in Trafford which has been hit by an outbreak of Covid-19 has reopened following a deep clean.
The Stretford Extra branch on Chester Road was forced to close for a number of hours on Saturday morning (January 16) so that a thorough clean of the store could take place.
It comes after a number of staff members at the store were confirmed to be off work self-isolating.
Shoppers reported being turned away by members of staff in the car park, as they arrived to do their weekend shop.
