Lockdown restrictions could be made even tougher amid concern not enough people are following the rules, reports say.
New measures being considered in Whitehall include stopping two people meeting outdoors to exercise, and closing further businesses such as estate agents, outdoor markets and click-and-collect retail, according to the Daily Mail.
