Asian equities lure foreign money for second straight month in July – Reuters India

(Reuters) – Foreign investors were net buyers of Asian shares for a second straight month, helped by a recovery in regional economic activity and a surge in demand for technology shares.
Overseas investors bought a net $1.2 billion worth of regional equities last month, compared with a $4.4 billion in June, data from stock exchanges in India, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam showed.
