ASX queries cryptocurrency firm DigitalX about director’s trades and deals with dad Antanas Guoga
The new director of Australia’s only listed cryptocurrency company bought more than 3 million shares in it days before it announced it had acquired a position aimed at boosting its revenue.
The Australian Securities Exchange has sent a series of questions to investment manager DigitalX about director Ieva Guoga, who joined in May. The market operator has also queried dealings with her father and the group’s largest shareholder, Antanas Guoga, a former member of the European Parliament for Lithuania and ex-professional poker player.
